Retirement of Non-Executive Director

This is to confirm that following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of JLT held on 29(th) April 2014, Nick MacAndrew has retired as a Non-Executive Director of JLT having served as an Independent Non-Executive Director since July 2005 and as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee between July 2005 and March 2013. He also served as a Senior Independent Director from January 2009 until his retirement and that role has now passed to Richard Harvey.

As recorded in the Annual Report for 2013, the Board is grateful to Mr MacAndrew for his valued contribution to the success of the Group over the past nine years.
