                             Director Shareholding 
 
The Company was informed on 9 June 2011 that, on 7 June, Gus Machado, a 
director of the Company, transferred 256,260 ordinary shares held by him to his 
wife's SIPP at a price of 15.5p. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Macaho's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 6,510,528 ordinary shares, representing approximately 16.3 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in 
treasury).
