The board of directors of IMAC (the "Board") notes the weekend press report 
regarding the Company and confirms that the Board is currently conducting a 
review of the Company's strategy in respect of its potential surplus cash 
position and its investment policy.  The Board would also like to emphasise that 
the Company remains fully committed to its investment portfolio, the media 
sector and also returning maximum value to the Company's shareholders. 
 
As part of the strategic review, the Board is working closely with its 
investment manager and advisers in assessing the Company's structure and 
investment strategy.
