Ingenious Media Active Capital Limited (the "Company" or "IMAC") announces that 
on 10 September 2009 it was notified that, on the same day, Patrick McKenna, a 
non-executive director of IMAC purchased 1,692,393 ordinary shares of the 
Company at a price of 40 pence per share (the "Shares"). 
The Shares were purchased by Ingenious Media Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary 
of the Ingenious Media Holdings plc group. Patrick McKenna is chief executive of 
Ingenious Media Holdings plc and its controlling shareholder. 
The purchase of the Shares follows the previously announced purchase of 
7,675,000 ordinary shares of the Company by Ingenious Media Limited on the same 
date. 
Following the acquisition of the Shares, Patrick McKenna had an interest in a 
total of 22,132,395 ordinary shares, representing 15.46% of the Company's total 
issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury), all of which 
are registered in the name of Ingenious Media Limited.
