Following a change in the number of ordinary 25p shares in issue I wish to
inform you that R&R Nominees, Tudor Nominees and Bell Nominees, subsidiary
companies of Henderson Crosthwaite Limited, a member company of this Group, hold
the following Ordinary 25p shares on behalf of clients.  This holding amounts
