Further to the release of the Company's Final Results announcement on 27 April 2011, the Company announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts 2011.

The Company also announces that it has today posted to shareholders Notice of an Annual General Meeting to be held at Unity House, Telford Road, Basingstoke RG21 6YJ on Wednesday 15 June 2011 at 10.00 a.m.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:
