                               GRANT OF OPTIONS                                

LONDON - 23 February 2007 - the Company announces the grant of 7,800,000
options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each to various Directors and certain
senior management. All of the options granted pursuant to this notification are
exercisable at an exercise price of 16 pence per new ordinary share and are
exercisable at any time up to 23 February 2012.
