petroleum exploration and production company, was today notified that Harken
Energy Corporation, a Delaware corporation, has sold 1,749,501 ordinary shares
of 1 pence each in the Company and now holds 18,975,641 ordinary shares,
representing 54.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
