CALGARY, March 2 /CNW/ - First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. ("FCP") announces
that pursuant to its Block Admission submission dated 28 February 2006,
3,409,666 additional common shares have been reserved for issuance (underlying
3,603,000 stock options granted less 193,334 stock options cancelled). FCP
makes the following notification of changes in its outstanding warrants and
stock options for the period from 1 November 2004 to 31 December 2005 as
required by Schedule 8 of the AIM Rules:
