Diamond Discovery Software Limited is the author and distributor of an
innovative range of Microsoft Windows-based business management and accounting
software products. The Diamond Discovery Software group of companies has
provided solutions since 1983.
Its accounts package will target a wide range of businesses, ranging from
start-up applications through to large enterprises. It is designed with a
straightforward user set up for those who have never used business management
software before.
It uses a five-stage set-up process to make getting started very easy while
there is help available in the form of interactive tutorials and a
comprehensive, integrated, context-sensitive help system. Key features include
managing VAT returns, multiple bank accounts and management reports. The
software is designed to grow with its end user, which means that there will be
no need for them to change products as their business grows.
EdAlive has been helping teachers and parents instil the love of learning in
children through computer-based educational experiences since 1987. Year by year
it has reinvested the proceeds in titles that are now winning awards and
worldwide acclaim.
Its edutainment software takes Formjet into a new and expanding sector of the
software market and will form part of a major product launch in Q2 with a new
range from a leading UK retailer.
The software uses bright and colourful graphics and animations in order to
motivate children to learn while having fun. It has been designed to enable the
teacher or parent to control what the student learns.
Formjet Executive Chairman Lyndon Chapman said "We are delighted to have
strengthened our product range. As well as opening up new markets this will
enable us to strengthen relationships with existing customers. We look forward
to further developing our product range and routes to market."

Notes to Editors:
Formjet Plc
Formjet Plc is a UK-based company with a highly distinctive business model. It
acquires territorial rights to 'alternative' software products, and markets,
sells, distributes and supports these products in place of the vendor in
worldwide markets. The strategy has at its heart the proposition that the
Company can acquire product lines in territories of at least one country without
the expense of either product development or the creation of IPR. The
Formjet Group currently has four product lines: Panda Software and Filestream
are UK licences and Ability and Software Dialog are worldwide.
Formjet reaches a customer base of more than 400,000 direct customers and in
excess of 17,000 corporate clients. This market penetration has been achieved
through careful research into relevant territories and then applying the most
suitable routes to market, whether through distribution and/or reseller
partners, or via direct sales. Formjet acquired SouthCoast Distributions Ltd, a
specialist OEM provider to system builders in July 2005.
Formjet has developed a clear niche for creating "white label" software,
targeting retail and brand leaders and investing heavily in its technical and
customer support facilities, which can also be white label branded to fit a wide
range of customers. This business will grow under the Formjet Innovations
banner.
