        Tesco Branded Software Available Online Following In-Store Success

The Board of Formjet, the AIM listed alternative software vendor, is pleased to
announce that its range of Tesco branded products is now available online at
Tesco Direct (accessible via www.tescosoftware.com) following its successful
in-store roll out.

Tesco Direct will greatly increase Tesco Software's exposure to a wide and
growing customer base, open up a new route to market and help it to further
build on the continued strong uptake of its Tesco-branded software.

Since the launch on www.tescosoftware.com Formjet has received encouraging c
ustomer responses, enabling the Company to build on strong sales already
achieved in Tesco stores across the UK. Tesco Antivirus, Internet Security and
Office suite products have been the best sellers. It has also received numerous
positive reviews from a range of IT press.

The software is also now being used by a variety of businesses including a
number of educational organisations in addition to individual home users,
highlighting the flexibility of the range of software solutions on offer.

The range of Formjet's utility software was rolled out under the Tesco Software
brand in October 2006 with the aim of offering customers more choice,
accessibility and unbeatable prices in the fast-growing computer software arena.

Commenting on the software range Tesco Buyer Daniel Cook said "Since the launch
in October of the own brand software range, we have seen a consistently strong
level of sales of the products and a great level of support from Formjet."

Formjet Executive Chairman Lyndon Chapman said "We are delighted with the
