Appointment of Director 
 
 
The board of Evolve Capital PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew 
Christopher Roberts (Chris Roberts) as a Director with responsibility for 
finance, with immediate effect. 
 
 
Chris Roberts is a Chartered Certified Accountant and was previously Finance 
Director of Astaire Group Plc for 11 years until December 2008, a position he 
has been reappointed to today. He was previously chief executive of The 
eVestment Company plc (now Evolution Group Plc) until it acquired Christows 
Group Limited in November 2000, remaining as managing director of its private 
equity division until March 2001. Chris has been a director of a number of 
publicly quoted businesses over the last twelve years, including companies in 
fashion, telecoms, software and retail. 
 
 
Chris Roberts, aged 46, is beneficially interested in 1,674,165 ordinary shares 
(1.0%) in the Company.  He is currently a director of Astaire Group 
plc, Flabitech Limited and Mulberry Group plc and within the last five years he

Christopher Roberts was a non-executive director (representing The Evolution 
Group plc) of EBop Media plc and EBop Limited which went into liquidation on 
19 December 2000, with estimated deficiencies to creditors of GBP309,336 and 
GBP2,038,958 respectively. Christopher Roberts was a non-executive director 
(representing The Evolution Group plc) of Unica Communications Limited, to which 
an administrative receiver was appointed on 9 February 2001. The deficiency to 
creditors has not yet been established. Christopher Roberts was also a 
non-executive director (representing The Evolution Group plc) of Eighteen Global 
Incorporated which was placed in insolvent liquidation (pursuant to chapter 7 of 
the United States Federal Bankruptcy Code) during 2002. The deficiency to 
creditors was not available.
