                           Eleco plc (the 'Company')

                              Exercise of Options

The Company announces that an application has been made for 90,942 Ordinary
Shares, exercised under the Sharesave Share Option Scheme, and 7,500 Ordinary
Shares, exercised under the Executive Share Option Scheme being a total of
98,442 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected
on 12 June 2006.

Following admission the Company's issued share capital will be 50,331,051
