Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company")
Postponement of Dividend Payment Date
At an annual general meeting of the Company held on 24 August
2011 a resolution was approved for the payment of a final dividend
of 7p per 'C' Share, 7p per 'D' Share, 7p per 'E' Share and 7p per
'F' Share; such dividends to be paid on 21 October 2011, with a
record date of 7 October 2011.
The Company now announces that the dividend payment date has
been postponed until 23 November 2011. The record date of 7 October
2011 remains unchanged.
