The Company was informed on 6 July 2007 that a connected person to David
Dewhurst, a director of the Company, has on 6 July 2007 sold 6,000 'A'
non-voting ordinary shares of 10p each ("A Shares") in the Company at a price of
#1.78 each. David Dewhurst and his connected persons now hold 69,932 A Shares,
representing 1.11% of the issued A Shares.


David Dewhurst and his connected persons' interest in the ordinary shares of 10p
each in the Company, which carry voting rights, remains unchanged at 419,525
ordinary shares, representing 11.91% of the issued ordinary shares and total
voting rights.
