Admission of Consideration Shares and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement of the completion of the acquisition of AST Farma B.V. and Le Vet Beheer B.V. on 13 February 2018, the following information is released in accordance with DTR 5.6.1A:

As at the date of this announcement, following the Admission of the Consideration Shares which were issued to the Sellers as part of the consideration for the Acquisition, the Company's issued share capital consists of 102,287,952 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each (Ordinary Shares), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 102,287,952.

The above figure of 102,287,952 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
