Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) and Connected Persons

In accordance with paragraph 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), Mr Peter Byrom, Chairman of Domino, has notified the Company today of the disposal of a total of 4,743 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") by connected persons of Mr Byrom, and the corresponding acquisition of the Shares by P.J. Byrom & Denton & Co. Trustees Limited, which is also a connected person of Mr Byrom, as set out in the table below (the "Transactions"). The Transactions each took place in London and were as follows:
