            DELTRON ELECTRONICS plc ("the Company")
                               
                      EXERCISE OF OPTIONS
                               

On  23  February  2000  RE Tozer, a director  of  the  Company,
exercised options over 109,210 ordinary shares of 5 pence  each
in  the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 46.1
pence  per  share  under  the Company's  Share  Option  Scheme.
Following this transaction RE Tozer, has a beneficial  interest
in  2,000,470  Ordinary Shares, representing 9.08 per cent.  of
the  Company's issued share capital, and 442,542  options  over
Ordinary Shares.

Application has already been made to the London Stock Exchange
for the above shares to admitted to the Official List under  a
block listing arrangement.
