Application  has made for 434,038 ordinary shares  of  5p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to
the Official List under block listing procedures. 215,619
Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise
of  options under the Company's 1993 Share Option  Scheme
and  the  remaining  218,419 Ordinary  Shares  are  being
issued  pursuant  to the exercise of  options  under  the
Company's  1994  Share  Option  Agreement.  Admission  is
expected to become effective on 3 February 2000.
