         Deltron Electronics plc ("the Company")
                   Directors dealings
                            

The  Company was notified on 7 January 2000 that  on  that
date Edward Tozer bought 64,900 ordinary shares of 5p each
in  the  Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 111.5p per  share.
These  shares  were  acquired from a  trust  of  which  Mr
Tozer's adult children are the beneficiaries.

Following  this  transaction,  Mr  Tozer  holds  1,326,160
Ordinary  Shares,  and  the trust holds  565,100  Ordinary
Shares,  representing  6.1 per cent.  and  2.6  per  cent.
respectively  of  the  Company's  issued  ordinary   share
capital.
