DiamondCorp, the Southern African diamond development and exploration company, has been notified today that on 27 June 2013 Paul Loudon, CEO of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 3p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.90 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Loudon holds 5,638,052 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.04% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Loudon also holds GBP100,000 of the 14% senior secured convertible bonds.
