DouglasBay Capital plc (the "Company")
Put Options
Further to our announcement dated 14 September 2010 we are
announcing that the Option Period expired on 20 November 2010.
We have received valid acceptances under the Revised Deed Pool
for 48 233,341 shares. These shares will be cancelled by the
Company and following the cancellation (which will take place
within the next 5 days) there will be 1,289,582,292 shares in
issue.
