The Board has been notified that effective 24 January 2007, Energy Spectrum
Partners II, LP sold 1,822,619 10p ordinary shares, representing 1.70 per cent
of issued shares and Energy Spectrum Partners III, LP sold 1,177,381 10p
ordinary shares representing 1.10 per cent of issued shares.



As a result, after the sale, the total beneficial interest of Energy Spectrum
Partners II, LP in the Company is 2,209,526 ordinary shares representing 2.07
per cent of issued share capital of the Company and the total beneficial
interest of Energy Spectrum Partners III, LP in the Company is 1,427,317
ordinary shares representing 1.33 per cent of issued share capital of the
Company.



Mr. Sidney Tassin, a non-executive director of the Company, holds an indirect
non-voting interest in both Energy Spectrum Partners II, LP and Energy Spectrum
Partners III, LP.
