Caspian Holdings plc ("the Company") was informed on 25th October 2007, that a
director of the Company, Michael Masterman, acquired 1,800,000 ordinary shares
of #0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of #0.0375 per share on 24th
October 2007 through a related company in which he has a beneficial interest.



Following this share purchase, Mr. Masterman holds a relevant interest in
11,900,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing an interest of 12 % in
the total voting rights of the Company. In addition, Michael Masterman is
interested in 7,000,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company as follows:
