                          ("Caspian" or "the Company")

                      Production Steady at Zhengeldy Field

Caspian Holdings Plc (AIM: CSH), the oil and gas production and exploration
Company in the countries around the Caspian Sea, announces that oil production
from its Zhengeldy field were consistent at 9, 700 barrels for the September
Quarter.

During the quarter, production was from 9 wells - 102, 105, 106, 107, 111, 112,
118, 119 and 121.

Oil sales during the quarter were to the domestic Kazakhstan market. As
previously announced the restart of exports is expected in the December quarter.
