DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES


On 9 October 2007 the Company was advised that 1,950 shares were allocated at
#10.91 in respect of dividend reinvestment under the Company's All Employee
Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included 33 shares for each of
Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse, 18 shares for Mr M Harris and four
shares for Mr I Kenyon.

Also included in the allocation were 23 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares
purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest,
below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:
