Further to the announcement on 1 December 2006 relating to the proposed changes
in the Company's  benchmark, investment policy and name, a Circular relating to
these Proposals will be posted to Shareholders today.  An EGM has been convened
for 11.00 a.m. on Friday 5 January 2007 at 155 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AD.



A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
