                        Result of Annual General Meeting

CODA plc, the finance systems specialist quoted on the Alternative Investment
Market (AIM; stock code: CODA), confirms that all resolutions proposed at its
Annual General Meeting held on 23 May were duly passed.

Mr Cliff Preddy did not stand for re-election as a director, having served CODA
plc and CODASciSys plc for the last ten years.

Following Mr Preddy's retirement, Mark Wells has been appointed CODA's Deputy
Chairman and Senior Non-Executive Director.
