CODA plc, the finance systems specialist quoted on the Alternative Investment
Market (AIM: CODA), will be announcing its preliminary results for the year
ended 31 December 2006 on Thursday 15 March 2007.



A presentation for analysts will be held at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street,
London EC2, at 12.00pm for 12.30pm on that day.
