                                Grant of Options

Further to the announcement made on 1 May 2007 regarding the grant of options to
certain directors, employees and traders in the Company, Commoditrade announces
that following the detailed allocation of these options to specific individuals,
Mr Andrew Dobie has been allocated options over 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p
each in the Company under the Traders Unapproved Scheme. All other details set
out in that announcement remain unchanged.
