Transparency Rules that, following a disposal of 405,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 June 2007, Man Financial Limited
has an interest in 29,713,020 Ordinary Shares. This represents approximately
7.90 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
