Directorate Change Immediate release: 6 January 2005 Croma Group
plc ("Croma") Directorate Changes Croma Group plc, the specialist
in the design, development and production of overt and covert
surveillance and defence related products announces changes to its
Board. Robert Layton, having completed his contract, is stepping
down with immediate effect and leaving the Group to pursue other
interests. Keith Wheeler, a highly experienced marketing and
commercial professional, has been appointed to the Board with a
brief to work with Chairman, John French, on the development and
marketing of the Croma brand. The role has been created in response
to the Group's growth and increasing areas of activity. Commenting
on the changes John French, Chairman, said, "The changing face of
the Group is a result of developments in the original core
business, Croma Defence Systems Limited and the recent
acquisitions. The time is right to put more emphasis on the sales
of our current and future operations. Croma Group now has an
established and broad range of products which we need to
aggressively market to existing and prospective customers
worldwide. I am delighted that Keith Wheeler has agreed to help the
implementation of this aggressive strategy. Croma Group plc
continues to seek complementary acquisition opportunities within
the sector." Keith Wheeler, aged 54, is currently a director of the

was a director of The London Advertising Partnership Limited from
12 June 1998 until 21 March 2001. The company had an administrative
receiver appointed on 16 June 1998 and the administration ceased on
19 July 1999. The company was also the subject of a voluntary
creditors liquidation with a winding up date of 30 September 1998.
The company was eventually dissolved on 21 March 2001. Save for the
