AMENDMENT TO EARLIER ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the announcement of 20 September 2005 concerning William Ward's
share purchase, his total holding of 6,014,881 ordinary shares was incorrectly
stated. The correct figure is 7,056,602 ordinary shares, representing 27.66% of
the ordinary share capital.
