CLS AGREES NEW LETTINGS AT VISTA OFFICE CENTRE HEATHROW



The board of CLS Holdings plc ("CLS") is pleased to announce that it has
successfully let a further 2,127 sq. m. (22,900 sq. ft.) of office space at
the Vista Office Centre, Heathrow.

EDS has taken 966 sq. m. (10,400 sq. ft.) on a five year lease on the third
and fourth floors at an initial rent of #135,200 per annum, #140 per sq. m.
exclusive (#13 per sq. ft. exclusive), and there is a mutual option to break
at the end of year three.  EDS will take the lease following upgrading by CLS.

Hiserv UK Ltd has also agreed to take a ten year lease on approximately 1,160
sq. m. (12,500 sq. ft.) of space at an initial rent of #193,750 per annum
(#167 per sq. m. / #15.50 per sq. ft.). There is a rent review at the end of
year five and a tenant's option to determine at the same time.

A total of approximately 4,459 sq. m. (48,000 sq. ft.) have been let to a
number of tenants since CLS took a surrender from Hoechst UK Ltd in January
1999.  CLS is refurbishing on a floor by floor basis to a high standard
including new air conditioning, lighting and improved  common facilities. This
also includes the provision of a gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis courts and a
new restaurant at the site. CLS will offer flexible lease terms to occupiers
and the new leases  reflect this ranging from one to ten years in length. CLS'
own business centre subsidiary will also operate within the building.

CLS was represented by Andrews, Denford & Boyd and Vail Williams.  EDS and
Hiserv represented themselves.
