CLS Holdings plc ("CLS") is pleased to announce that they have successfully
let part of the second floor of Cambridge House, 100 Cambridge Grove, London,
W6.
Network Holdings Limited, whose ultimate holding company is Hambros PLC, has
taken a ten year lease on 440 sq. m. (4,735 sq. ft.) at #106,537.50 per annum
exclusive (#242.20 per sq. m. or #22.50 per sq. ft.). The tenant has also
taken three car parking spaces at an additional rent of #1,500 per annum per
space.
