CLS PRELETS IN EC4

The Board of CLS Holdings plc ("CLS") is delighted to announce the letting of
3,057 square metres (32,913 square feet) of office space at Citadel House,
5-11 Fetter Lane, London EC4, at a rent of #1,037,026 per annum - #336 per
square metre (#31.25 per square foot).  The tenant is Elan Computing Ltd, a
major IT staff recruitment agency, who have taken a sixteen year lease with a
tenant only break at year eleven. There is a one year rent free period.
