CLS HOLDINGS WINS PLANNING CONSENT FOR SPECTACOLOUR SIGN
The Board of CLS Holdings plc ("CLS") is pleased to announce that the company
has obtained planning consent for an unlimited period in respect of the
continued use of the Spectacolour sign on the roof of their Coventry House
investment in the heart of London's West End.
The sign, which is the only high level illuminated sign on the eastern side of
Piccadilly Circus, previously had limited planning consent for a period of
five years.
CLS now plans to re-let the sign, either to a service provider or directly to
advertisers.
Executive Chairman, Sten Mortstedt, said:
"I am delighted that the contribution this sign makes to the traditional
bright lights for which Piccadilly Circus is famous has been recognised. We
believe that the sign will be of great interest to advertisers, and will
consequently enhance the value of Coventry House and increase our income."
