LETS FURTHER SPACE AT CI TOWER, NEW MALDEN

CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce the letting of 498m2 (5,358 sq. ft.)
at CI Tower, New Malden to Besnier (UK) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Besnier S.A., France.

The accommodation, which has not been refurbished, was previously let to
Pepsi-Cola International who exercised a break option in March.  Pepsi-Cola
International paid CLS the sum of #70,000 in settlement of dilapidations.  The
new FRI lease is for a term of ten years at #77,575 per annum (#14.50 per
sq.ft.) following a three month rent free period and is subject to one upward
only rent review at the end of the fifth year.  The tenant has the option to
determine the lease at the end of year five.

Besnier S.A. is the holding company for a number of production and commercial
operations manufacturing and distributing cheese and other dairy products
throughout the world.  It is a leader among French exporters of milk products
and is the forerunner in the speciality cheese market in the United States.
