CLS HOLDINGS PLC ANNOUNCE

REFURBISHMENT OF CAMBRIDGE HOUSE, HAMMERSMITH

CLS Holdings plc announces that it has commenced refurbishing 1,998 m2 (21,505
sq. ft.) of office space at Cambridge House, Hammersmith, W6.

The refurbishment will upgrade one third of the existing office accommodation
of Cambridge House to include, amongst other improvements, raised floors,
suspended ceilings and air conditioning.

The estimated cost of the refurbishment is #825,000 and the refurbishment is
scheduled to take five months to complete.  CLS expects to be able to re-let
the space at a rent of #25.00 per sq. ft.

Executive Chairman Sten Mortstedt said:

"The Hammersmith rental market is very strong.  This project represents an
opportunity to upgrade this building and increase investment value."

CLS has instructed Hargreaves Newberry Gynell to market the accommodation.
