CLS Holdings plc ("the Company")

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange Ltd for 1,009,363
Ordinary Shares of 25p each to be admitted to the Daily Official List.  The
Shares to be issued result from elections under the Company's Scrip Dividend
Alternative Offer in respect of the Interim Dividend for the year ending 31st
December 1997.  Dealings are expected to commence on 28th November 1997.
