CLS Holdings Announce Change of Use in WC2

CLS Holdings is pleased to announce that it has obtained planning consent to
convert and extend its property at 44-50 New Oxford Street into ten flats.

The premises on the first, second and third floors were previously utilised as
offices.  One of CLS's subsidiaries is now proceeding to convert the
accommodation, adding an addtional floor, to create ten flats.  These will be a
mixture of one, two and three bedroom units.  The ground floor of the property
will remain as four retail units.

CLS estimates the construction cost to be in the region of #750,000 and that the
total sales proceeds will be approximately #1.9m.

Completion of the flats is expected in the Spring of 1998.
