CLS HOLDINGS ANNOUNCES SURRENDER OF SPACE
AT CI TOWER
 
CLS Holdings plc is pleased to announce the surrender of 263 sq. m. (2,830 sq. 
ft.) of space at CI Tower, New Malden and its subsequent reletting.
 
The space was formerly occupied by Fujikura on a lease expiring June 2013 at a 
rent of #42,630 per annum.  The surrender took place on 6 January 1997 
following a payment of #233,280 by Fujikura (equivalent to five and a half 
years rental).
 
The space has been re-let to Elite Computer Staff Ltd for a term of 10 years 
from 29 April 1997.  The rent rises to #39,620 per annum over the first five 
years, after which there is an open market rent review.
 
The part third floor totalling 125 sq. m. (1,350 sq. ft.) has also been let to 
Korea LNG Ltd at an initial rent of #18,900 (#14 per sq. ft).  The lease is 
for a term of ten years from 30 May 1997 with an upwards only rent review at 
the end of the fifth year.  There is a mutual break option at the end of years 
three and five.
