               CLS HOLDINGS ACCEPTS SURRENDER FROM LADBROKE
 
 
CLS Holdings is pleased to announce the surrender of Ladbroke plc's lease at
Chancel House for a reverse premium of #1m.
 
Ladbroke who had previously occupied the property as their Head Office, paid the
premium to release their obligations under the lease expiring in June, 2000,
where the contracted rent was #240,000 per annum.
 
The accommodation is in good condition and divided into a number of cellular 
offices and CLS intends to relet the space as a Business Centre.
