and John Moore to its Board of Directors today. William Grealis,
former Executive Vice President of Cinergy, Corp. (NYSE: CIN), has
an extensive history of over 35 years in the energy industry. Over
Mr. Grealis' ten years at Cinergy, he held numerous offices with
profit and loss responsibility for Cinergy's largest divisions. Mr.
Grealis began his career as the legal advisor to the Vice-Chairman
of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission after graduating with
degrees from Ohio University and the University of Akron. Currently
a board member of leading Broadband over Power Line (BPL) solutions
provider Current Technologies, Mr. Grealis has served as Chairman
and Member of the Board for numerous entities including The Ohio
Electric Utility Institute. "Over my 35 year career involvement in
