DEALINGS BY DIRECTOR 
Chromogenex, the developer and manufacturer of cosmetic and medical laser 
systems today announces that it was informed on Friday 23 January 2009, that 
Peter McGuinness transferred 24,340,000 ordinary shares in the Company  to 
Michelle McGuinness, his wife, for nil consideration, on Friday 23 January 2009. 
The purpose of the transaction was to implement a long term tax planning 
strategy ("the Transfer"). 
Following the Transfer, Peter McGuinness has no direct interest in the share 
capital of the Company. He will be indirectly interested in the 24,340,000 
ordinary shares in the Company held by his wife. This indirect holding amounts 
to 39.95% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
