On 16th June 1998 the Company announced that it would
be making a final dividend payment in respect of the
year ended 31 March 1998 on 18th August 1998 to those
shareholders on the register on the 17th July 1998.

The Company announces that the date of its AGM will
now be 27th August 1998 and accordingly the payment
of its final dividend will now be made on the 2nd
September 1998 to those shareholders on the register
on the 17th July 1998.
