Block Listing Application

The Company has today made a block listing for up to
988,500 ordinary shares of 5p each, pursuant to the
potential exercise of employee share options under the
Cedar Employee Share Option Scheme.

Any new ordinary shares issued on exercise of options
will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued
shares.
