(Deputy Chairman) has transferred 2,571,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company
to Mr P M Cassidy (Chairman and Managing Director). Following this transfer,
Mr T D Cassidy has a beneficial interest in 462,500 ordinary 10p shares
(representing 8.4% of the ordinary issued share capital) and Mr P M Cassidy
has a beneficial interest in 2,659,000 ordinary 10p shares (representing 48.1%
of the ordinary issued share capital).


The Company was informed on 7 June 2001.
