      CUBUS LUX PLC signs lease agreement with May Club Charter of Hungary



Croatian leisure and tourism company, Cubus Lux plc ("Company" or "Cubus Lux")
has signed a three year lease agreement with May Club Charter, a prestigious
Hungarian yacht charter company, who will use the Company's Olive Island Marina
as its main base for charter holidays to explore the middle and northern parts
of the Adriatic coastline.



The official opening of the marina is scheduled for May although the majority of
its facilities are already up and running with its highly anticipated restaurant
scheduled to open its doors in April.

The Olive Island Marina is situated on the coast of Dalmatia in Croatia,
providing unrivalled access to the Adriatic coast and archipelago.



Cubus Lux's Executive Director, Christian Kaiser, stated: "We are delighted to
have signed this agreement with such a prestigious charter company as May Club.
The Company's decision to move its base to Olive Island is testament to the
idyllic surroundings of the marina as well as the outstanding facilities that we
have put in place."
