Admission to trading on AIM of the Placing Shares and the Conversion Shares 
("Admission") and lifting of the Suspension 
 
 
Further to the announcement made on 20 April 2009, the Board is pleased to 
confirm that Admission will occur, and the Suspension will be lifted, at 7 a.m. 
on 22 April 2009.
